Falck Safety Services is the largest provider of safety training for the offshore industry.  The Training Management Solutions function specialises in the provision of high quality training outcomes to meet client’s requirements. The primary focus of this role is to ensure full compliance of our client training matrices by arranging the delivery of all their training. The successful candidate will have good communication skills and a strong customer orientation to maintain and develop effective working relationships. In addition, it is essential that the successful candidate can prioritise and plan workload efficiently as well as the ability to process data in an accurate and a timely manner. The successful applicant will have previous experience delivering training compliance in a  Training Co-ordinator or similar role.
 
Training Administrator
Based in Montrose
Full time permanent position

Falck Safety Services is the largest provider of safety training for the offshore industry.  The Training Management Solutions (TMS) function specialises in the provision of high quality training outcomes to meet client’s requirements. This role is responsible for administration support and delivering excellence in customer service as well as the delivery of effective training solutions for our clients. The primary focus of this role is to book training courses and medicals as per our clients’ matrices to ensure their personnel are fully trained and able to perform their roles.  There will also be a requirement to arrange travel for client’s personnel participating on training courses and to ensure that all information is accurately recorded on internal systems. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with strengths in prioritising and planning their own workload, as well as significant experience of inputting and processing data accurately. Previous experience delivering training compliance in a training administration role is essential.
 
Office Administrator
Based in Montrose
Full time permanent position

Falck Safety Services is the largest provider of safety training for the offshore industry.  The Training Management Solutions (TMS) function specialises in the provision of high quality training outcomes to meet client’s requirements. This role is responsible for general office and administrative duties to support the delivery of effective training solutions for our clients. Specifically, they will be responsible for booking accommodation for client’s personnel who are participating on training courses, and ensuring all information is accurately recorded on internal systems.  In addition, there will be a requirement to update the client’s learning management system to reflect completed training, as well as appropriate storage of certification. There will also be a requirement to carry out general office duties such as covering reception, postage and distribution of mail, ordering stationery and filing. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer focused administration role and have excellent communication skills.  In addition, they will be able to prioritise their work efficiently and have the ability to process data in an accurate and timely manner.
